The Norwegian soprano May-Britt Forsberg finished her master degree in Performing Art at The New Opera Academy and at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague, in The Netherlands spring 2001. She graduated with distinction and has worked with well-known musicians such as Elly Ameling, Fiora Contina, Paul McCreesh, Elizabeth Mannion, Tom D. Rossin, Graham Clarke and Patricia McMahon.

Ms. Forsberg's opera performances include Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Marenka (selected scenes, The Bartender's Bride), Tatyana (Letter scene. Eugene Onegin), Venus (La Dafne) and 2nd Woman (Dido and Aeneas). She is an active recitalist and has performed as a soloist in Russia, USA, Germany, The Netherlands and throughout Norway in works such as Solveig in Grieg's Peer-Gynt, Bach's B Minor Mass, Händel's Messiah, Mozart's Requiem, Schubert's Mass in A Minor, Vivaldi's Magnificat and Saint-Säens' Christmas Oratorio.

She recently recorded the Bach’s B Minor Mass with Exultate Chamber Choir and Orchestra and gave a recital with Scandinavian songs in Minneapolis USA.
